You will receive an immediate response by e-mail after the form is sent.
You will receive an additional e-mail when the update is complete —
usually within a week of the request or the following business day:
The following
number of pages are included with your monthly hosting package:
Basic hosting
($35/month): 3 page changes per month
Premium hosting ($50/month): 6 page changes per month
Additional
requests during the month will be billed at $20 per page change. More
extensive changes will be charged at my hourly rate--ask if you feel
your request fits in this category!

Asked Questions
What is
included in a text change?
Sentences or paragraphs of text on a single page. This includes swapping
out the entire text and replacing it with up-to-date text. Global changes
that require changing text on several pages, such as changes to navigation
bars, are not considered a text change to an individual page.
How will
page changes be counted?
Changes are counted per page, not per change within a page. Text changes
received between the first and last day of the month are counted for that
month. Changes received on the first of the following month will be counted
for the next month.
What will
this cost?
There is no additional cost up to the maximum number of page updates.
These maximums cover 95% of client requests for monthly text updates.
If you are used to sending more updates per month, you may experience
an increase in cost.
If I don't
use my number of page changes this month will they carry over to next
month?
No. Page limits are not cumulative.
If I change
my mind and want to add or change text to the same page later that month,
how does this work?
Your additional change will be considered a new page change and will be
included with your hosting fee until you have reached your page maximum.
Additional requests during the same month will be billed at $20 per page.
If I need
to make a change on my entire site, how does this work?
This kind of change is generally more economical at our hourly rate and
may take longer to complete. Changes in your mailing address and business
phone numbers (or similar mission-critical changes) are completed without
charge and are scheduled quickly.
What notification
can I expect?
You will receive immediate confirmation after completing the form above.
If you don't receive this confirmation, you will want to resend the form.
You will also receive e-mail from us when the change is completed. This
will happen within a week's receipt of your request. Requests received
after business on Friday will be counted the following Monday.
What if
I find a typo or a formatting error?
Re-work of this nature is not considered a page change and will be completed
as quickly as possible. Rewording of text *is* considered a page change,
though, so it is in your best interest to check your content carefully
before sending a change.
